I am flying AMS-JFK and have the choice between D1 in the A333 or Business in the 787-10. What are your thoughts in terms of service, seat comfort, and overall experience? I have been trying to get one of those little houses for years. Just wondering if it's worth it.
The seat, the menu, the cocktails, the wine list all better on KLM.. Service is consistent on KLM too. Delta service can be good but not as consistent that it will be on KLM. If it was the A350 I like delta’s seat better but still the other variables are better on KLM in my opinion.
