I was shocked how bad food was on the BKK-HEL route in PE. Breakfast served after takeoff, consisted of about three mouthfulls. It was then a full eight hours until dinner was served. The dinner was reasonable and similar to Y. But the eight hours gap after a tiny breakfast was shocking.
This flight was a 7AM departure. And we left our appartment at 0430 in the morning and had very little time to get any food in BKK. I (wrongly) presumed the breakfast would be of decent size as we were in PE. How wrong I was.
Haha had the same last year, I was starving during the flight, never had that in any flight before. I asked them if they have anything to eat and the gave me some crackers for free. Really weird what they try to accomplish with these low amounts of food. They still have the catering for the 9h flights from before corona and russia but now on a 13h flight
