Is "cart identification (ID)" the six-character record locator? When I start to make a booking in the United app, the "cart" does not give me an ID, at least without clicking the "Book from $xxxx" link, though I am allowed to select seats.
I believe the "pricing desk" is actually called the "rate desk".
