I think the meta point is that this is, in general, a confusing mess.
Currently waiting on phone with AS and noticed that AS T&C finally added some clarification on partner earn rate booked on AS website or app. They also put the link for flight range and eligible fare class below the clarification. Hopefully AS csa has been updated...
