My experience has been no more than 48 hours, did it like 4 times last year. Keep in mind, they will accept no more than 1 transfer per 30 day period, either coming in or out. One time they incorrectly replied to me that I already had a recent transfer, but it was a case of mixing up June/July. So I had to write them back and point it out, which then was processed in a few hours. That was the case that took almost 48 hours from the first email. If the other member had recent transfers, this could be the cause for delay. 🤷🏻‍♀️
