You should be able to clear into Airside at Terminal A with the SQ boarding pass, then take the Terminal Transfer Bus over to Terminal C. From what I recall, they don't check / scan boarding passes for the transfer bus.
Not sure that the bus will take you to the right section of Terminal B for the SQ flight, so you may have to leave airside, take the Airtrain over, then clear TSA again at Terminal B.
Would need to be a pretty long layover to make it worthwhile.
Yeouch - that does seem quite daunting since we have to get from Terminal B > Terminal A > Terminal C for the Polarius Lounge. Its a pity the Terminal B shuttle only operates after
1pm
We ended up making ourselves at home at the BA lounge. Even found a left over bottle of Piper Heidsieck at the back of the fridge. The food is not the best but still better than the BTC options onboard.
