Just another instance of trying to farelock an award ticket and being told farelocks won’t work if the miles aren’t already in the account. CS wasn’t able to do it on her end either, but was able to place an unticketed 24 hour hold that I’ll hopefully be able to go in and pay whenever these URs hit.
