Hoping for some info on a couple of flights on Feb 18th please.
I was on BA2711 (FUE-LGW) that was delayed - we landed at about 0100 on the 19th, about four and a half hours late. The plane suffered a technical issue at FUE. However...it had also landed at FUE late after the outbound BA2710 had to divert back to LGW. The same plane was used but they replaced the crew.

The crew were very clear about the technical issue they discovered at FUE but offered no explanation for the delay to the outbound flight.

I am trying to understand whether there is a chance BA will deny a claim if the delayed arrival at FUE was down to circumstances outside their control.
