I search for the JW Marriott Masai Mara Lodge regularly. And the Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara Safari Camp pop up today and said that it will open on AUG 2025.

Not bookable with cash nor points at the moment. Not sure if it is all inclusive too. Welcome for thoughts / news / rumors on this.

As JW Marriott Masai Mara Lodge raised the redemption standard to ~200k per night earlier this year, I guess it will take more or less the same amount of points to book for Ritz-Carlton. Just hope that there would be some kind of "discount" for the opening.
