Hi all,

I have Delta as the chosen airlines for Amex Platinum. Bought two tickets recently for $140 each; same order/booking.

I used a $50 GC, applied it first, and then paid the rest with CC. A few days later, I received reimbursement for half of it (essentially one ticket of $140-$50GC= $90 reimbursement). The other one hasn’t come through. Curious if this is normal and I shouldn’t expect reimbursement for the other part, or just wait longer? It’s been 1.5 weeks.
