Hey everyone, the other day I was flying on a 737-800 which oddly had all USB outlets in economy blocked off, as well as power deactivated. Are there a subfleet of 737s which have their USB outlets blocked off? or is this just a one off? (For reference, this was all of main cabin, not just the exit row)
