Also try and get on any social media site you can. Facebook, X, BlueSky, TikToc etc and publicly out them. Today that is where the bad publicity comes into play. Just keep up the bad reviews whenever and wherever you can and file formal written complaints. Might take time but worth it for that kind of money.
