I know you were asking in anticipation of a holiday stay - sorry for not posting sooner.
The property often has a 'Stay 3 nights or more and get 20% off' package rate which includes parking. Cheapest time to book is about 21 days out as price starts to creep back up as you get closer in. Mid-week rates are often less than $100/nt. This is one of those properties where I usually choose to pay instead of using points because the rate is cheap and includes parking, but the point value is high and doesn't include resort fee or parking.
This is my go-to off-Disney hotel: Nice pool, Great breakfast (included for elites), next door to Starbucks. Close to Springs and Parks. Guest laundry ($)
There is no club lounge / pantry at this property, and over the last year, I'm batting zero for an upgrade despite suites available to book online.
