I get it, the BT experience is extremely underwhelming - but so is the one on LX. And seats are slightly better padded on Air Baltic.

If his critique had been about the overall quality standard of business class in the Lufthansa group airlines, I would've understood and conquered fully. But fussing about BT versus LX? That eludes me
