We were denied entry at the security lines into Terminal C. The agent at the TSA-Pre queue said the machine will not be able to read our SQ boarding pass and we will need a United pass or a QR-Code on the United app to proceed. No way to get to the Polaris lounge at EWR it seems! Has anyone managed to solve this problem?
