Trying to book a flight, OSL - AUS with KLMAF. I have the ST E+ status earned from SAS EB Gold program. I can't seem to find where or how to link my EBG status with my Flying Blue status. Am I to book first on KLM and contact customer service for an upgrade to receive the ST E+ perks? You can pull up the booking on the KLM website and add it under the passenger details (scroll down), the same view where you add your phone and email. Click EB from the drop down and then add your number.

it’s not in the drop down when you book and not possible in their MMB tool
I had them add it in the lounge in PVG on my MU flight last month, couldn't get it to work on the website. The flights showed up just fine in my EB account about a week later.
