Expected. The morning flights loading aren't great and often the most discounted (both LAX and SFO). SFO is also overcapacity from UA's second flight and JX.
Taiwanese prefer midnight flights to save a work day and arrive Taiwan in the morning to start another day while sleeping on board.
The 4 78Ps should be for SEA and (LAX or SFO morning flights).
