Our Japan Airlines flight from SIN to NRT departs at 8:15AM. Was planning to check out of our hotel (Conrad Centennial) and catch the MRT to Changi around 6AM.
Assuming the MRT trip takes an hour, will there be any places around the Jewel that will be open for breakfast around 7AM? Also, would it be better to check out and head to the airport earlier?

there is a heavenly wang just across the jal check in counter. they are open 24hr and have a variety of local eats like laska, kaya toast etc.
you may want to set off a little earlier as it should take more than an hour to get to T1 by MRT, so time is really tight. i would recommend you to stay at a closer hotel if you are unfamilar with the route (you need to change train) or have check in luggage. alternatively, you can take a bus (probably can reach in an hour), but maybe troublesome if you have check in luggage
