Will let those that are more familiar with the region chime in as well, but think your list looks good. I'm not as familiar with Singapore or Jakarta as I haven't been in a while, but definitely think the Conrad in Bangkok is a great choice. I know the SGS gets a ton of love (although not as much recently) and I've only had good experiences here.

I also really like the grand Hyatt in Bangkok - definitely not as nice as the Conrad, but they have a great breakfast and great location, and it's super reasonable.

On Koh Samui/langkawi, we contemplated the same decisions but ultimately decided on Koh Samui as we had heard langkawi didn't have as much going on outside the resort. Vana belle in Koh Samui is definitely worth looking into as well; the food gets criticized (rightly so, our last visit it was pretty bad and had gone downhill) but we were able to find tons of great places outside the hotel that were good.

Overall sounds like a great trip!
