How are the rooms?
Very nice indeed with lots of amenities (coffee maker, kettle, bottled water). AppleTV functionality was available on TV (but didn’t work). Good sized room and very comfortable seating area and bed. Bathroom was very small but well maintained.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
Was able to check in early. Really liked the area - close to trams and U-Bahn station. Excellent breakfast. Bar/restaurant seemed closed in the evening.

Value for $ or IHG Points? Would you return?
I got a very good price (I think hotel was quite empty) - would definitely return.
