Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Generally OK

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked Queen Standard, received the same although I was put in a room that was considered an upgrade pre-IHG (they were sold out)

How are the rooms?
Quite small. Safe was locked open so unusable. No kettle (as previously noted on this forum at other the niu properties). However, otherwise very comfortable, clean, good bathroom with excellent water pressure

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
Location close to many very good restaurants and transportation. Slept well in comfortable room. Breakfast was very good, although buffet area got very crowded with relatively few people there. Staff at check-in/check-out very friendly and efficient. WiFi not the fastest but useable.
Really surprised about the lack of Holiday Inn branding anywhere (just on the invoice and my card payment)

Value for $ or IHG Points? Would you return?
Certainly would consider again as reasonable value.
