It is interesting reading though. I hadn't thought about many of these things. The DBA is really telling though. If I farm out a job and it goes bad Then I cannot shirk responsibility unless the customer willingly allows it in the agreement. Since they are DBA as DL I would assume that DL would take responsibility for the incident.
