The load was capped on the JMK (and JSI/JTR) flights… so doesn’t matter how many seats the aircraft is fitted with, as you couldn’t it sell to capacity. With a lighter physical aircraft, in theory you could sell more seats with a 106 seater than a 98 seater - but still not to capacity because of performance restrictions from LCY.
Since the start of 2024 all flights began to have 3 cabin crew anyway, regardless of whether they were operated with a 98 or 106 seater, as it allowed the size of the Club cabin to increase on shorter flights. It was one of the big paybacks of the 3rd cabin crew member regardless of overall extra capacity or not. Obviously the reconfiguration of the whole feel is long since complete.
Those must’ve been pretty heavy seats if they weighed more than the 84kg allowance for each extra person carried….
