Must say, it came as something of a surprise to me that Do & Co - having built a valuable reputation for high standards of in-flight catering - were prepared to put that reputation at risk by agreeing to work with BA.
I can only imagine that BA management said all the ‘right things’ when a new relationship was first explored ; only for Do & Co to gradually realise that the airline is instinctively, and consistently, looking for ways to trim costs, with profit margins always trumping product quality in terms of commercial priority.
