Although I only have a personal sample size of 1, I'd be very surprised if any other property provided a substantial F&B credit that's part of the resort/destination fee to anyone that didn't pay the fee.
The benefit I was hoping to get was the F&B credit. How did you find out the gov rate didn't get the credit? Did you end up charging food to the room or you asked the front desk?
