By all accounts its down to BA who seemingly scrimp and save (right to down to slithers of egg slices on Club Europe salads) and it is evident in the product. Strange how other carriers who are catered by Do & Co are more superior. Occasionally you get a decent starter (Burrata) but the fresh fruit leaves a lot to be desired.

The inbounds to LHR it has always been dire. There are certain routes which still have Do & Co (think JFK etc) but take a look at the likes of Chicago - once catered by Do & Co. That was soon canned and back to the old crap caterers.

I've fed it back numerous times and the simple answer is no one cares.
