Since the start of 2024 all flights began to have 3 cabin crew anyway, regardless of whether they were operated with a 98 or 106 seater, as it allowed the size of the Club cabin to increase on shorter flights. It was one of the big paybacks of the 3rd cabin crew member regardless of overall extra capacity or not. Obviously the reconfiguration of the whole feel is long since complete.
I understand your point, but the question is just how many of the extra seats you can sell. All 8 additional seats can be sold on a PMI rotation, or rather all 16 additional seats when you consider the aircraft can basically do two rotations to PMI in the space of time it would take to fly to JMK and back. Unless the weight saving allows quite a few additional seats to be sold to JMK now, that's why my instinct is this tips economics further against these routes (not from the perspective of making the JMK route itself less profitable but from making other routes relatively more attractive).
