KE O class is an award class for KE Prestige class. It should earn MQDs/MM when booked on a Skymiles award, but not when booked on an award with partner miles. Not sure about when booked as part of GUC upgrade. I suspect MQDs/MM earning, but no miles earning (similar to a Skymiles award ticket). GUC upgrades to VS G class will likely present similar issues.
Availability in KE O looks to be pretty rare. Further, as noted in T&Cs, you need a DL M fare to upgrade with a GUC into O class and these are generally going to be pretty pricey.
