The lounges do have decent sleeping areas. Attached are photos of a comfy couch I found in the business class lounge in terminal A. I dozed off for a while here when I was in transit between flights in the middle of the night.
I always head to the quiet area in terminal A, right at the back. Remove the coffee table, then place two chairs together and put the leg pouffe in the middle to create an instant bed. Once I wake up, I simply rearrange everything back to its original position.
