Select Biz Class Seats Before Ticket Purchase?
First time flying Air Canada. I can book my transatlantic (MAD – YYZ) “Business Class Lowest” (price) ticket on line, but the seat selection function repeatedly fails to work. This with three different web browsers over a three day period.
I am reluctant to buy my ticket if I cannot choose my seats. AC customer service tells me “you can choose your seats after you buy the ticket.” Maybe. Any guarantee? Then why do they have the seat selection option before purchase?
Any first-hand experience and/or advice would be appreciated.
