No laundry benefits but the laundry is returned same day on the standard service. I haven't received an upgrade on my stays here (as an Ambassador). The hotel itself is showing its age but the service is very good for the price. During my week here they have regularly delivered "vip" gifts like some sort of "chocolate covered butter cake", a macaron each day, a valentines day note and a rose made from a red pipe cleaner. There was also a "Marriott Bonvoy Appreciation Cocktail Party" on the 13th and on check in guests receive a drink voucher for each night.

I should note that the old pyramid building opposite ("Golden Land Building") is being demolished so there is a lot of construction noise. I have loved watching the machines demolish the building but it is quite noisy during the day if that's something that bothers you.
