HU (Hainan Airlines) hasn't credited after >4 months. I waitied 2 months as they suggest and then submitted itineraries and boarding passes. I got an auto-reply but nothing since. I'm not too surprised that HU hasn't verified the itinerary since the AS website has said for months "We have removed the ability to shop for award travel on Hainan Airlines due to a high rate of booking failures. We are working with Hainan Airlines to resolve this issue and apologize for the inconvenience." I'll call one of these days.
