I'm looking for some advice on SWU utilization.

Looking at CLT-MUC or FRA in early to mid July and I'm trying to confirm minimum 2, preferably 3 SWU's (myself, wife, child). On EF there are a few dates that would work but they are all C1.

Is my best option to hold for C2 and try to confirm my wife and child on 1 PNR then waitlist myself on another PNR or am I better off confirming 1 now and continue to monitor EF and try and confirm the others if space opens?

Any opinions appreciated. I've never tried to confirm 3 simultaneously and am aware that summer European destinations can pose a challenge.
