I requested a transfer of my Hilton points to CX Asia miles 29 Dec 2024. Hilton shows transfer went through and their customer service reps confirm this.

its now 18 Feb 2024 here and miles still have not been credited to my CX account. Have filed complaints and follow-ups with both Hilton and CX. Both keep pushing the blame to the other. CX are saying they are waiting for Hilton to respond. Hilton are saying points have successfully transferred, not their problem.

any suggestions on what else I can do? For reference, I also transferred Marriott/Shangri La/hyatt points on the same day and they have all been successfully processed (all within 2 weeks).

name on both Hilton and CX accounts are the same.
