Does DL pay or Endeavor? Would Endeavor have its own insurance policy and would it have lower limits that DL's policy for mainline flights? I know they're owned by DL, but they have their own employees, including pilots, FAs, maintenance, etc. and their own policies and procedures which aren't always the same as DL.
