​The system seems to be automatic. I logged in on the web, clicked on my Signature card, then on the gift link. Accor says that the person recieving the gift has to be a member of ALL. Thus make sure the person is a member. Then you print in the person's email, has to be the same as the person used when registered at ALL. That should be it.
