3) Many of the F lounges aren't actually that good. I feel JAL F lounge food is way better than the F-only lounges across oneworld. That said, the champaign is very weak in comparasion.
The long while they served the English swill was a bit of a weak point. That has fortunately gone away and been replaced by Telmont so now there are two pretty decent champagnes. Not great, but not worse than what I have been served in The Pier first recently. Though of course you can debate which one is a personal preference.
I am not sure why we had to go through the Gusbourne, it is not particularly good, nor is it price wise a bargain compared to what they now serve. As they count the consumption pretty carefully they would probably see the changing consumption of Joseph Perrier when Gusbourne is around.
They go through a lot of bottles per day.
