I'm pretty sure it's still Cabin then Status then Fare Class, so an SE in Y on a Flex fare is still ahead of a 75k in Y on a Latitude fare, but an SE in Y on a Latitude fare will be ahead of both of them, and a 25k in PY will be ahead of all of them.
Cabin, status, brand, fare class, check-in time.
i.e. given equal status, Comfort K is above Flex M
