I used to travel a lot from Europe to Nepal and time difference is quite important. So, for me a few days before departure, I gradually shift my bedtime closer to the time zone of my next destination. Depending where I am travelling to Sunlight exposure helps regulate my sleep also. Of course, no caffeine and no alcohol and added light exercise to help reset my body clock.
