Was in SFO. SFO has four SkyTeam lounges: CI, DL, AF, and VS. While some airports don't accept Elite Plus if the SkyTeam website does not show a specific airline for that lounge, SFO lounges were generous except one.

1) CI: It introduced the three hour rule earlier. They accept SkyTeam elite plus but only three hours before the departure.
2) DL: They are the monsters who introduced this three hour rule but the lady did not care and let me in.
3) AF: This is the official lounge SkyTeam webpage shows for SAS flights.
4) VS: They looked at my boarding pass and told me "Oh if you are with SAS your final destination should be LHR otherwise no." What?
