Flew ANA to Tokyo and back this month, PE out and Business on the return. The 773w hard product in both classes is very good although I do think ANA need to do something about the PE offering, especially as the paid for improved meal is only availble on flights leaving Japan. We had seats 5e and 5f which became free about two weeks out from our trip, highly recommended for couples especially as that mini cabin of 8 seats is so quiet. We did find the seat a little firm but managable. The level of adjustments is great although neither of us went into full sleep mode as it was a 10:00am flight. We selected the Japanese menu which we really enjoyed.

Crew was excellent in both cabins, with really quick response to any calls.

Second trip with ANA and best value out of the three direct LHR to HND flights. Would like to try JAL's A350 product in 12 months but only if the price isn't significantly different.
