Worry not. 6 years of doing this 8-10 times per year I set zero expectation level until I see the plane registration at the Gate.. To be honest, I think it has only happened 3 - 4 times I got the old 777 2-2-2 swap last minute. More likely to get the ex-Cathay planes here. They are not too bad..
