I got a prompt on my itinerary that something has changed (flight number, not schedule), and that I am "eligible for a refund". This was booked using C1 Travel with the Venture credit. I had an agent cancel the flight and the dollar value was refunded into a FFC. But when I go and try and apply the FFC into a dummy new reservation, the specific FFC is greyed out/disabled and says "This credit is eligible for a refund. Follow these steps to request a refund to the original form of payment." I don't want a refund back to C1 credit obviously. How do I go about making this FFC useable? If it matters, the original flight was scheduled for April, booked in Dec 2024
