The last time I was in DEN was last year's ski season, perhaps Presidents Day weekend or Spring Break. I waited 15-20 min for the Skyclub, maybe. Same timeframe, I had 1 hour waits for the Centurion.
I don't think there are a ton of tables but there are sofa chairs. It wasn't hard for my family of four to find seats, but that's partly luck. The lunch food wasn't very good... I can't imagine dinner would be either.
