Shoutout to Tony and the entire team at YYZ who stayed cool and empathetic in a really difficult situation today. Appreciate their proactiveness to try and get me rebooked tomorrow before we knew the full extent of the situation and then getting me back on 791 which will hopefully still go out tonight.
