But I assume that if you need something from them, WhatsApp doesn't exist and they want you to call.

TBH, I don't care about AF meals, La Premiere and what not, the best thing about AFKL and why I'm inclined to book with them is that if I have an issue, I can message them on WhatsApp and not deal with it using some stupid phone line which is probably the most inefficient way imaginable to deal with rebookings etc.
