Indeed. I think those who don't use WhatsApp would be the outliers here. I use it all the time. But it’s not something I would ever use for either work or for interacting with a business, and I would find it odd that a business would use WhatsApp rather than email to send an important message.
in Israel and middle east it is the preferred method of comms amongst my business counter parts
Having acquired an esim for a personal trip to far east am hoping it will be useful there rather than turning on expensive UK roaming
