I called into the hotel and got some discrepant information. The first two agents said that they could assure me an early checkin. "Great," I said, "can you send me a confirmation?" "Sure," she said, but none materialized. I called in again, and the front desk person told me that my early checkin request was noted and that they would try to accommodate, but could not guarantee. I have reserved an Executive Suite. I am a general member of the WOH.

So, does this community have any experience with this property and getting a complimentary very early checkin?

Many thanks!
I have never stayed here but have stayed at the regency right by terminal c. For such a short stay before/after a flight, the regency is totally adequate. I get that the grand Hyatt is more luxurious, but the cost in dollars or points never really seems worth it to me. Something tells me cost isn’t an issue for you, so do exactly what you stated (except I would directly confirm the “late” 6:30 am check in so they don’t no show you).

now, if you were trying to get an early 6:30am check in on a single night reservation, that’s subject to availability and I would never count on a verbal guarantee. I would also just book a standard room so you have better chances of that early check in.
