This is extremely helpful. I had to cancel multiple trips and received FFC for them. I have been unable to apply them at payment to a new reservation. Each can be used, individually, to make a new booking. That's not what I want to do, obviously. Sounds like I need to have all converted to ETC, but the agent I spoke with said she could only convert FFC is they are residual. Would you suggest trying another agent until I get what I need?
