I guess the market appetite is changing again. For awhile, for some reason PE was never popular. You would see J and Y completely full but PE would be 50% full.
I felt like PE was quite expensive for what it was, it was close enough to be worth paying extra for J and the price for Y is cheap enough that its just better not to upgrade.
